Our onpost house is being renovated, so we were put up in this hotel. It’s pet friendly. The rooms and the hotel itself is very clean. The staff was polite and went out of their way to help us with check-in and getting our family to the room alright. The parking lot was packed and the neighboring hotel parking lots were the only available option but each hotel had a tag to put in the window. Hoping they turn a blind eye to the unauthorized vehicles. The location is sketchy. Homeless wandering the parking lots. Hoping they too will turn a blind eye to our vehicle out there. It has an HEB close (it too is sketchy at night) so there are options to get food to support the kitchen for long stays. The courtyard and grill are nice, closed within the center of the hotel and very clean. I have no issues recommending this hotel to others, especially coming into the area for a PCS move. Better than most others in the area.

We stayed 2 nights at the Marriott next door on orders. My partner and I visited a colleague that's currently staying here and needless to say; Thanks Thomas!! This place is bigger and new. I've never heard of this brand but these rooms are nice. Very clean.

Some minor maintenance issues and occasional noise were noticeable, but overall it’s a reliable choice for a short-term stay in the area.

Excellent location for our family visit. Rooms were very clean. Kitchen could have a few more supplies such as towels, dish cloths, dish detergent. Lobby closes at 8pm which made it a little difficult getting there to check in since we were coming from out of state. Parking was difficult due to all of the construction company vehicles, if you stayed out later in the evening you had to park at another hotel lot and walk back to the hotel.

Service isn't something you will get here. Not that that's a bad thing. It's the way it's designed. Which I enjoy. Rooms are amazing. Location is great. For what they charge its a steal. You will not be as comfortable anywhere else. It's like a 1 bedroom apartment.

Location is close to the base! Grocery stores are really close to the hotel. My son stayed here with his girlfriend before deploying. He recommended this hotel. . I’m glad he did really clean and quiet! Lady at the desk was very informative and helpful. Only thing the rooms are missing is dressers! My wife has to much stuff. Highly recommend.

Our first impression wasn't great as I asked about early check in and the front desk attendant told us with great attitude no. I was ok with that, but I then asked if there was a restroom I could use and again with great attitude she said no. My husband and I came back a few hours later and the new attendant was much more pleasant. I did notice a bathroom while I was waiting and I asked the attendant if I asked to use bathroom as I did earlier would she let me. She said not a problem. So I decided it was just the person on duty earlier was the problem. We get our room it is great. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. It was nice to have an "apartment" to stay in for 3 days instead of just a room. I would stay again and also would recommend.
